Hourly Rate: £16.91
Location: Bangor
Hours: Full-time, 8:30 – 4:30 (37 hours per week)
Duration: 31st March 2026

The role
We are looking for a skilled Facilities Co-ordinator to oversee the delivery of both hard and soft facilities services across multiple sites in Northwest Wales. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing a small team, coordinating external contractors, and maintaining smooth daily operations. This role is office-based but requires regular travel between sites, so a full UK driving licence and a proactive, flexible attitude are essential. You’ll play a key part in creating safe, efficient, and welcoming environments for staff, visitors, and service users.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and healthy environment for staff, customers, and visitors.
Deliver excellent frontline customer service and encourage continuous service improvement.
Supervise Facilities Team Members, ensuring workloads are completed efficiently.
Undertake health and safety duties appropriate to the role.
Participate in incident response activities as required.
Use the company’s electric vehicle for mobility between different sites.
Work as part of a team of six, overseeing the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Oversee the hard and soft facilities across the Northwest Wales region

Qualifications, experience, knowledge & skills

Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety management and the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Experience coordinating work in a facilities environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
