Job Title: Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

Location: North Manchester (Field-Based)

Hours: 07:30am - 16:00pm

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

Time Recruitment are seeking a number of reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Handymen to join a busy team working on multiple projects. This is a hands-on role covering a range of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks across North Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

• Tiling: Wall and floor tiling in kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas
• Vinyl Flooring: Installation and repairs of vinyl flooring
• Painting & Decorating: Internal and external painting, surface preparation
• Plastering: Skimming, patch repairs, and full wall/ceiling plastering
• Skirting: Installation and repair of skirting boards and other basic joinery tasks
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
• Liaise with the Site Manager and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar multi-trade role
• Strong skills in tiling, flooring, painting, plastering, and basic joinery
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time management skills
• Own Tools expected
