Job Description - Facilities / Maintenance Person

Temporary Facilities Person needed – Start June!

Are you a skilled handyperson looking for a temporary role? Join our team and put your expertise to work!

Pay: £14.81 per hour

Hours: 9am – 5pm (must have weekend availability)

Contract: Temporary

The Role:

In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for building repairs, remedial works, and general maintenance within a designated site.

Your tasks will include:
  • Working with doors and windows, ensuring proper function and inspections
  • Assisting with fault finding and responding to fire alarm activations and false alarms
About You:

We’re looking for someone with basic skills in:
  • Joinery, plastering, electrics and plumbing
  • A proactive and friendly approach is essential, along with the ability to work well as part of a team.

Suitable candidates will be subject to a basic DBS check.
