Location: Hook
Remuneration: £18.99 to £19.00ph
Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance operations within the construction site, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Manage a team of skilled tradesmen, providing guidance and support to optimise performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with project managers to align maintenance activities with ongoing construction projects.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.

Skills Required:

• Practical experience within a trades environment.
• Strong background in surveying or building management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building construction processes and systems.
• Proven experience in a Maintenance or Estates environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Health & Safety effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Enhanced DBS will be required.
