Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a renowned university based in East London who are seeking a temporary Facilities Manager to manage the daily operations of a business centre which provides access to workplace facilities, research expertise and skills programmes for students, local people and businesses throughout East London.

Key Operational Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre as well as that of a small team.
• Oversee the Centre's profit and loss statement, operations budget, and forecasts.
• Refine and promote the Centre's strategy and programmes.
• Help develop and manage new and existing partnerships, and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with key stakeholders across the university.

Skills/Experience:

• A university or public sector background is ideal.
• Strong facilities experience as well as having managed a small team.
• Comfortable presenting to key internal stakeholders, external partners and industry leaders.
