Job Description - Facilities Officer

Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Falities officer / caretaker to join their team

This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant

You will

'hands on’ role for the day to day operational side of the building/s so will include unblocking toilets, site maintenance and portering duties Candidate must have access to their own vehicle

To assist in the effective and efficient delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services to buildings (specifically to the main corporate building, Borough Hall) to comply with statutory regulations, ensuring that they remain secure, safe, operational and fit for purpose to maintain the essential delivery of council wide services.

To fulfil the day-to-day building FM and customer service functions across the main corporate buildings to provide a safe, high-quality, professional and commercially focused business environment for council services and tenant businesses and staff.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS INSIDE SCOPE OF IR35
