Facilities Technician / Maintenance Man

Pertemps Industrial are recruiting for a facilities technician to work for one of our clients based in central Bristol, BS1.

This role is perfect for anyone with experience in the following roles: Maintenance worker, Electrician, Electrician's Mate, Plumber and Plumber's mate, handymen, facilities worker, engineering apprentices, consutruction site labourers.

What you`ll be doing as a Facilities Team Member

• Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues and problems including basic plastering, window and door repairs, completing like-for-like electrical changes and basic plumbing
• Responding to any Health and Safety related calls
• Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works
• Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly

What we`re looking for in you

• The student experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you`ll be passionate about delivering top customer service
• You`ll have experience working within general maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical skills desireable
• You`ll have experience within a customer facing role
