Job Title: Factory Cleaner
Location: Dudley
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

About the Role:
Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and organised? Pertemps are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our client in Dudley. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment across our factory floor and office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out daily cleaning tasks across factory floors and office areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitise all work spaces, hallways, toilets, and communal areas
Empty bins, manage waste appropriately, and restock supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.)
Clean high-touch surfaces, machinery bases (non-technical), and shared equipment where necessary
Follow all health & safety protocols, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals
Maintain cleaning records and report any issues or hazards to the supervisor
Clean and maintain factory floors and office areas
Ensure all surfaces are kept tidy, hygienic, and presentable
Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively (equipment provided)
Follow health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

Previous commercial and/or industrial cleaning experience (Essential)
A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to high standards
