Job Title: Factory Operative
Location: Rochester, Kent
Pay rate: £12.25ph
Job Type: Temp to perm
Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm

We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join factory team as a Pallet Repair Operatives. This hands-on role involves inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding wooden pallets to meet operational and customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Inspect returned or damaged pallets for defects or wear

• Use hand tools, nail guns, and other equipment to repair broken pallets

• Painting pallets

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Follow all health and safety procedures and report any hazards or issues
