Job Description - Factory Operative

Factory Operatives Required

We are recruiting for our client, a leading manufacturer in the Plymouth area, who are committed to delivering high-quality products to their customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their team as Factory Operative on a temp to perm basis.

Working 30hrs per week - Monday to Thursday 7am - 3pm, pay rate of £12.21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Assist with the assembly and packaging of products.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
