Location: Outskirts of Colchester
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £12.21 - £13.50ph + Holiday, Pension & Adecco Benefits
Working Pattern: Full Time - Various Shifts

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and join a dynamic team? We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to support our client production operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment and are eager to contribute to the production process.

You will be confident in working in a manual intensive position standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
