What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience in permanence planning, fostering, adoption, or looked after children services.
Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.
A strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory guidance related to looked after children and permanence.
Proven ability to undertake comprehensive assessments, conduct diligent family finding work (including connected persons assessments), and present robust evidence for court.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children, prospective carers, and a range of professionals.
