Farm Worker

Straight Forward Recruitment are looking for farm workers for our client just outside Norwich located within the NR10 postcode.

• Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 7.00am – 15:30pm and Friday’s, 7:00am – 2:30pm, 39 hours per week.
• £12.21 per hour Monday – Friday
• £16.27 per hour Saturday and Sunday and any hours worked over 39 hours, Monday to Friday.

Main tasks for the role will include the following:

• Undertake all aspects of poultry production.
• Ensuring the highest welfare standards are adhered to.
• Daily bedding and feeding of the animals in your care.
• Ventilation control.
• The recording of daily welfare checks and maintaining accurate records.
• To work in a safe manner.
• You will want to be part of a team with a willingness to work and improve.
• You will need to be reliable & have a good attitude towards working at weekends.

Previous farm work experience would be desired but not essential as full training will be provided. A can do caring attitude and the willingness to work hard within a team and on your own is what we are looking for.
