Job Description - FCA Administrator

We're working with a leading brand in the motor finance space that's on the lookout for a Customer Support Administrator to join their high-performing customer operations team on a 6 months rolling contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and customer-focused, who enjoys a mix of admin, data work, and case management.

You'll play a key role in handling sensitive cases (like vehicle collections and vulnerable customers), supporting internal teams, and producing accurate reporting to help shape business decisions.

?? Perks include hybrid working, flexible hours, and early Friday finishes on a rota.

Responsibilities:
  • Admin support across customer operations

  • Manage email inboxes, customer queries & documentation

  • Handle complex casework (deceased estates, fraud, collections)

  • Liaise with internal teams & third parties

Essential skills:
  • Strong admin and organisational skills

  • Comfortable handling sensitive or regulated information

Desirable skills:
  • Experience in motor finance, credit, or debt recovery

  • Knowledge of FCA regs & TCF principles
