Front of House Staff

Location: Cwmbran

We are seeking a friendly, professional and well-presented front of house team member to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming experience for all guests and visitors. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customer or guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information on services, bookings, menus and events.
• Take and manage reservations or check-ins using booking systems.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of your work areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, or event teams to ensure service runs smoothly.
• Handle customer queries or complaints calmly and escalate when necessary.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a Front of House, customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, friendly and professional demeanour
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Basic IT or till system knowledge
• Flexibility to work evening, weekends or holidays as required.
