Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational programs to schools within your designated territory. You will build and maintain strong relationships with educators and school administrators, ensuring our programs meet their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and drive growth.
• Visit schools to present and demonstrate our educational programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to schools.
• Gather feedback from schools to help improve our programs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
