Finance Admin Assistant - Temp

A leading music company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support the day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative industry, working closely with finance and cross-functional teams.

*Please note, you must be able to start immediately, as this is a temporary position*

• Serve as the first point of contact for operational finance queries

• Set up purchasing system access for new joiners and deliver training sessions as needed

• Oversee the ticket ordering process, maintaining system accuracy

• Process billing and payment requests, ensuring details are verified and handled promptly

• Manage incoming financial recharges and address coding discrepancies or queries

• Handle expense-related queries, including approvals, corporate card management, and virtual credit card transactions

• Previous administrative experience, ideally within the music or entertainment industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

• Motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
