Finance Administrator

iMultiply are working in partnership with an exciting company based in Stirling and are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join the team on temporary to permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing invoices, or even for someone at the beginning of their career in finance.

Job Title: Finance Administrator

Salary: up to £26,500 per annum

Job Type: 3-4 months temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent

Full Time or Part Time

Starting: Immediately or as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to finance-related queries in a shared mailbox efficiently.
• Process invoices and support the purchase ledger function.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries.

Skills & Experience required:

• Experience in shared mailbox management within a large, multi-currency business.
• Knowledge of invoice processing, and purchase ledger management.
• Ability to pick up new concepts and training.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
