Job Description - Finance Administrator

The Finance Administrator role is a pivotal position within the accounting and finance department in a Business Services industry. This temporary role is to help out an over worked finance department for 6 months.

They are a medium-sized organisation recognised for their commitment to pushing boundaries and fostering innovation. Their impressive headquarters are located in Wooburn Green, High Wycombe, where they foster a collaborative and supportive working environment, with over 80 employees in head office.

Description

Duties for Finance Administrator:

  • Assist with general financial tasks as assigned by the finance team.
  • Help maintain financial records and ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Support the finance team in preparing reports and documents.
  • Manage basic administrative duties related to finance.
  • Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information.
  • Assist in routine financial processes.

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
  • Possess good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
