Grafton Banks Finance is supporting an established and reputable company in their search for a Temporary Finance Administrator for an initial 3-month period, with the potential to become permanent. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will provide essential support with day-to-day finance operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Processing staff expenses
Assisting with payment runs
Processing invoices, including chasing approvals, coding, and manual entry into the system
Raising and submitting sales invoices
Carrying out ad hoc administrative duties as required
Be available immediately or at short notice
Be able to commute to the office daily for the duration of the temporary contract
Have experience with accounting systems such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks
Have prior experience in finance administration
