Finance Administrator - Temporary

£12.60 - £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay

We are seeking a Finance Administrator to support the Finance Manager in our busy and vibrant Cardiff office. This role involves working on all finance elements and providing support to the wider business. This temporary position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and can demonstrate initiative.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage the client invoicing process including credit control, debt chasing, and associated document drafting and creation.
• Handle project management from opening through to closure.
• Assist with the purchase ledger, allocation of monies, company expenses and disbursements.
• Support monthly company payroll and monthly reporting.
• Provide assistance with systems and software support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fully competent in using Microsoft Office.
• Experience of using an accounting systems, such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to demonstrate initiative.
• Able to work independently and efficiently.
• Able to prioritise a workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Approachable and excellent communicator.
