We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join a busy finance team for a company in Borehamwood. You’ll be providing essential support with day-to-day administrative and data-related tasks, helping to maintain the accuracy of internal records and manage cross-department communications.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in finance admin, data entry, or support roles. Any previous credit admin experience is beneficial but just general admin experience is essential.
This is a 9 month contract to start ASAP so you must be immediately available to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update internal records
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data for billing and reconciliation purposes
Respond to queries received in the finance team mailbox
Collaborate with departments such as Credit Control and Sales Ledger to resolve issues
What We’re Looking For
Excellent Excel skills (filtering, lookups, formulas preferred)
