Finance Administrator/Assistant

As the Finance Administrator, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of the school and supporting the administrative needs of both staff and students.

Key Details:

• Location: Kennington (SE11)
• Contract Type: Temporary
• Working Pattern: Full Time, Office based
• Hours: 9:30am - 4pm
• Hourly Rate: £14ph
• Duration: 3 Months

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing supplier invoices with a keen eye for accuracy
• Preparing and processing payment runs
• Maintaining vendor records and ensuring compliance
• Reconciling supplier statements to ensure everything aligns
• Generating and sending invoices
• Monitoring outstanding receivables and following up to ensure timely payments
• Supporting financial reporting by preparing reconciliations and schedules
