Finance Analyst - 12 month FTC

Your new role
The finance analyst will play a key role in supporting the Finance and Commercial teams by providing data-driven insights, financial analysis and business partnering support. You'll focus on enhancing reporting, streamlining financial processes and collaborating with key stakeholders across the business. Job duties include:

• Develop and maintain financial models to assess profitability and new business opportunities.
• Provide property analysis, P&L analysis, and financial support to Marketing and HR.
• Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner to enhance reporting tools and data analytics.
• Build, maintain, and improve the sales bonus scheme, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyse sales performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support period-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for personnel costs.
• Identify efficiency opportunities within existing financial processes and reporting structures.
• Drive automation and system enhancements, reducing manual work and improving accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed
Background in finance, commercial analytics or business partnering with a track record in financial modelling and performance analysis.
