Finance Analyst – 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover) | £45,000 - £55,000 + Hybrid | Leicester

Are you an experienced Finance Analyst or FP&A professional looking for a 12-month fixed-term contract in a dynamic, growing business? This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning services company and work closely with senior leadership in a highly commercial and analytical role.

The Role: As a Finance Analyst, you will provide decision support to senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Heads of Department. You will be responsible for:

? Financial modelling to support strategic decision-making
? Business partnering with key operational teams
? Developing budgets, forecasts, and commercial analysis
? Analysing business performance and identifying trends
? Utilising Power BI and other tools for data-driven insights

What We’re Looking For:

?? Qualified (or Part-Qualified) Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA
?? Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
?? Experience in commercial finance, budgeting, and forecasting
?? Power BI skills (desirable)
?? Ability to partner with non-financial stakeholders and influence decision-making
