As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and improving our financial operations. You will work closely with the Head of Operational Finance to monitor and correct the balance sheet, identify margin leakages, and enhance our reporting processes. This position offers the opportunity to engage with various teams, including Aviation Operations, Customer Service, and more, making it ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier reclaims, ensuring efficient liaison with relevant teams and marking tasks as complete.
• Provide detailed analysis to management on a monthly and year-to-date basis.
• Oversee logs for non-conformities and follow up on actions with respective teams.
• Conduct thorough margin and cancellations analysis and reporting.
• Support the Accounts Receivable function and cover for holidays, including handling customer refunds and raising sales invoices.
• Utilize your expert knowledge of Excel to manage financial data effectively.
