Job Description - Finance Assiatnant

Job Advert: Finance Assistant

Location: Kidlington
Rate of Pay: £20.11 per hour (Umbrella) £15.54 Pay-e

Are you a skilled finance professional with strong administrative abilities?
Join a dynamic team where you’ll contribute to maintaining financial accuracy and providing essential support to a major organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and timely accounting records in compliance with regulations.
Update financial systems managing substantial revenue and capital budgets.
Handle routine administrative functions, including invoice preparation and query resolution.
Analyse and reconcile financial data to ensure effective fund stewardship.
Support audits by investigating financial processes and data.
Provide financial advice and guidance across the organisation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

AAT Level 2 qualification
Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Minimum of five GCSEs, including maths, or equivalent qualifications.
