Description

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Processing invoices and maintaining the accounts payable and receivable records.
• Collaborating with the finance team to complete scheduled audits.
• Helping to streamline and improve financial processes within the department.
• Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
• Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Supporting the finance department with various administrative tasks.
• Participating in special projects as required by the department head.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial software packages and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
