Working for a well regarded not for profit organisation within their industry you will be working closely with the wider finance team to help with the finance administration and back log of work.

Description

Duties and tasks of the Finance Assistant:

• Collating invoices from multisite locations
• Processing invoices, nominal coding and match to delivery notes
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Reconcile invoices to different departments
• Process and track expenses
• Preparation and processing of payment runs
• Handling supplier queries and resolving
• Cash, credit card and direct debit reconciliations

Profile

As the successful Finance Assistant you will have:

• Understanding of debits and credits
• Sales ledger and purchase ledger experience
• Familiar with accounting systems and excel
