Finance Assistant

Finance Assistant | 3 to 6 month contract | 4pm to 10pm shift | Antrim

REED is delighted to be assisting an expanding, innovative technology business in the Antrim area and are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to support the team for a period of 3 to 6 months.

This is a temporary opportunity for a period of 3 to 6 months and the working hours are 4pm to 10pm Monday to Friday.

This role offers hybrid working.

Working as part of a global team, the Finance Assistant will work closely with the sales and finance team and will work in a process driven environment.

Duties will involve:

Credit and Rebill as required

Credit card payment links

Online orders where adjustments are required

Single and other small orders

Cheque processing

Customer finance queries

Invoicing as required

Working with Sage Intacct software on a daily basis.

The Person:

Applicants will have 2 years finance experience working in a process driven environment and will have excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve problems and interact daily with the end customer.

Applicants will be able to work from 4pm to 10pm Monday to Friday and will be available at short notice.

Previous experience working with Sage Intacct software is desirable.
