Finance Assistant

Job Title: Temporary Finance AssistantLocation: CroydonDuration: 4-week assignment starting 22nd AprilPay Rate: £16-£19 per hour
Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Finance Assistant to join our school in Croydon for a 4-week assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising purchase orders (POs) and invoices, as well as preparing cheques.
Key Requirements:

• FMS Experience:
  Proficiency in using Financial Management Systems (FMS) is essential.
• DBS Check:
  A valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
• Organisational Skills:
  Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Raising purchase orders (POs) and invoices.
• Preparing cheques.
• Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed.
