Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Ilford
Contract Type: Temporary - Min 6 months - possible temp to perm

Rate: £14.84- £17.54 dependant on experience

Fully remote with the occasional days required in the office

What You'll Do:

• Process and upload invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders.
• Enter non-PO items, including salary advances and pension payments.
• Set up and amend supplier details in line with audit controls for our clients.
• Upload interface files and batches using Agresso (prior experience is a plus!).
• Cover pay runs in Agresso for four clients when needed.
• Resolve supplier queries, including reissues.
• Assist in clearing items off the payments bank reconciliation.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in finance or accounting processes.
• Public Sector experience desirable
• Ability to quickly adapt and get up to speed after initial cross-training.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and team spirit!
