Finance Assistant

Hourly Rate: £13.84

Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week, 5 days a week or over 3 days client is flexible

Location: Workington, Office Based

Contract: 6-month maternity cover

We're currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our client on a part-time basis. This role is to support the Finance Director with day to day finance related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Accounts Payable
• Inputting and processing invoices
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Handling staff timesheets
• Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
• Providing day-to-day support to the Finance Director
• Using financial systems including Sage 50, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office applications

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
