We are looking for a highly organised and detailed Finance Assistant to join a finance team in Llanberis. This role supports the smooth running of financial operations and ensuring timely processing of transactions.

You will be providing support to the Finance Manager and Finance Assistant (Senior) to allow the prompt supply of information when requested.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and code purchase invoices, prepare payment runs, and reconcile supplier statements.
• Create purchase order releases (up to £5k) and input service/call-off tasks.
• Manage BACs and CHAPS payment transmissions and remittance advices.
• Employee expenses and procurement card transactions, including journal preparation and uploads.
• Assist with daily bank reconciliations and monitor account activity.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and verify bank detail changes.
• Support month-end close with accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare sundry sales invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Process manual cheque payments and related journals.
