Are you an experienced Finance Assistant with a strong background in high-volume transactional finance? iMultiply are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic business in Glasgow on a 3-month interim basis.

?? About the Role:

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations, focusing on:

• High-volume Purchase Ledger: Processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and resolving queries.
• Sales Ledger: Raising invoices, allocating payments, and managing customer accounts.
• Assisting with month-end processes and reporting as required.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.

? What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar finance or accounts assistant role.
• Strong knowledge of purchase and sales ledger processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of transactions.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar) and Excel.
