Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for an exciting temporary opportunity? We want YOU to bring your talents to our client's dynamic service industry team!

Contract Type: Temporary

Contract Length: 1 Month (potential to extend further)

Working Pattern: Full Time

Hourly Rate: £16+

What You'll Do:

As a Finance Assistant you'll be responsible for managing credit accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Monitoring customer accounts and payment schedules ??
• Communicating confidently with clients over the phone ??
• Utilising Sage 200 and Excel to track and manage accounts
• Collaborating with our finance team to resolve any discrepancies
• Preparing reports on account status and collections

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Finance Assistant/Credit Controller or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Sage 200 and Excel ???
• Excellent communication skills, especially on the phone
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
