Job Title: Finance Assistant

Location: Central Canterbury | Free parking!

Salary: £14ph to £16ph

Contract: 2-3 months

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

This is a Temporary position starting almost immediately for a 2-3 month contract initially.

The duties in your new role would be:

• Supporting the Finance Team with daily accounting duties
• Updating Cashbook registers
• Processing Expenses on SAP
• Updating balance sheets
• Updating income and expenditures
• Processing payments
• Managing Petty Cash
• Updating and monitoring Excel spreadsheets
• Covering Purchase Ledger duties on an adhoc basis
• Other Finance duties as required

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

• Previous experience in a Finance related role
• AAT qualifications or studying towards (not essential)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience using either Sage, SAP, or Excel
• The ability to start a new role immediately and commit to a temporary position on an ongoing basis
