Job Title: Finance Assistant

Salary: £14-£15 per hour

Type: Temporary - Full Time

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Location: City of London - Hybrid!

Duties:

• Perform day-to-day accounts receivable tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring prompt payment.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Is this you?

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
