Finance Business Partner

A leading retail business in Leicester is looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional with a commercial mindset to shape key business decisions and provide strategic financial insight across multiple regions.

• Act as the key finance business partner for a range of regional teams, providing financial advice and decision-making support.

• Manage and report on P&L for the regions, ensuring profitability and guiding non-finance teams with financial insights.

• Work closely with the estates and shop fitting teams, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting key business decisions.

• Provide high-level financial reporting, analysis, and advice to help drive business growth and operational efficiency.

• Experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role, ideally managing P&L and advising non-finance stakeholders.

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI is desirable but not essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships.

• High organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

• Strong commercial mindset, able to drive financial performance and support business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making across regions.

Benefits:

• Salary between £52,000 - £60,000
