This role is for a proactive and highly skilled Finance Business Partner seeking an exciting opportunity in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, based in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Finance and be able to come in and hit the ground running.

Description

• Work closely with management to influence financial decision-making
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports
• Maintain financial models and forecasts
• Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Support the business with ad-hoc financial analysis
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
• A professional accounting qualification
