Finance Business Partner

Butler Rose is working with one of the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company in their search for a Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a temporary role until 10th September 2025, based in Tewkesbury and will pay £200 a day to the successful candidate. Hybrid working (2 days/week on-site, ideally Tuesday/Wednesday)

This role is ideal for someone with experience in contract delivery-based businesses and a strong grasp of financial reporting and operational finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) Review: Evaluate CVRs across various customer programmes (builds, acquisitions, design services), collaborating with Data, Operations, and Quantity Surveyors teams to ensure data accuracy, correct margin reporting, and timely setup/closure of projects.
Debt Collection Support: Assist with escalated debt collection efforts in collaboration with customers, Operations, and Shared Services credit control.
Income and Billing Oversight: Review accrued income ageing reports and associated billing plans to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Financial Reporting Support: Contribute to monthly P&L reporting and forecasting activities.
Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Support the preparation and review of key balance sheet reconciliations.

Requirements:
Part-qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA or similar).
Experience in financial support within project or contract-driven environments.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting financial data.
