Finance Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation as a Finance Business Partner on a 6 month fixed term contract. You’ll play a key role in supporting the planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a significant business function. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide valuable insight to drive informed decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Deliver accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Lead monthly reporting cycles, forecasting, and capital planning processes.
• Business partner with senior managers and directors, providing commercial insight and challenge.
• Analyse performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.

Suitable candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Experienced in management reporting, planning, and performance analysis.
• Comfortable working independently, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially focused, able to add value through insight and recommendations.
• Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), but not essential.
