Finance Business Partner

I am partnering with an globally recognised professional services business based in the heart of Birmingham, who are searching for a commercially minded accountant to join the team.

This is a high-impact role supporting the organisation in driving financial insight, decision-making, and performance across key business units. As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you'll provide strategic financial analysis, robust forecasting, and challenge that enables our client to deliver on its mission and maximise value for its members and stakeholders globally.

Ideally, you will:

• Be a qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience within a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role.
• Have excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach when working in a new and dynamic environment.
• Hold strong analytical and excel modelling skills, with experience preparing presentations.
• Showcase a strong business acumen with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
