A highly regarded professional services firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support them through a period of continued growth. This fixed-term role is ideal for someone who is immediately available and keen to add value from day one.

You'll work at the centre of the business, using your financial expertise to shape strategy, improve processes, and provide insights to both finance and non-finance teams. The firm offers a supportive and inclusive culture, with benefits that reflect their people-first approach.

• Deliver meaningful financial analysis to inform business planning

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives

• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight

• Work closely with partners and stakeholders across the firm

• Drive improvements across reporting systems and processes

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Previous experience in a business partnering role within a professional services environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Confidence in handling data and presenting recommendations

• Familiarity with legal sector metrics or systems (e.g. Elite 3E, Aderant) is a plus
