Finance Business Partner

Pure is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner on behalf of a growing global company based in Uxbridge, this role is a maternity cover for 18 months.

You will work as a strategic financial partner to subsidiaries worldwide ensuring financial governance while driving business performance, this role will support project profitability analysis, revenue recognition reconciliation, credit collection and cash flow forecasting.

The main duties are as follows -

- Develop rolling cashflow forecasts
- Collaborate with sales and operations to improve credit collection processes
- Lead the annual budget process and identify variances
- Monitor KPI's and drive corrective measures
- Proactively manage working capital and treasury risks
- Analyse financial data from subsidiaries.

You must have previous experience in FP&A or a Financial Controller/Business partner role, strong excel skills are essential in this role. This role will offer hybrid working, you will be expected to be in the office 2 or 3 days per week.
