Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner - £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus - East Berkshire (onsite)

Trace is partnering with a leading business services organisation, who are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for a period of 12 months.

Our client is an industry leader, delivering innovative solutions to their clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to bridge the gap between the finance function and the wider business.

Your new role will be reporting to the Senior Business Partner and will be an integral point of contact within the Finance team, reporting on business performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, provide insights and analysis to support decision making.
We will be reviewing CVs throughout the process so please apply as soon as you are able to.

Responsibilities will include:

• Production of month end management accounts.
• Analysis of monthly performance to budget and forecast
• Monthly capex reporting
• Analyse variances
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Pricing review & financial modelling
• Process improvement
• Partnering with various teams within the business, including non-finance teams

About you!

To be successful in this role, you will hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), with recent practical experience working within a Finance Business Partnering role. Previous experience managing stakeholders will a full understanding of finance processes and practices.
