About The Company:A respected and established fresh produce company with sites across Kent, their continued growth and expansion has led to them needing to expand their finance teamThe Role:We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our client. The position has come about due to expansion and will be vital to the success of their new site.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and report on operational and financial performance, providing accurate, timely insights to drive profitability and corrective actions.
• Partner with site and operations leaders to translate data into actionable improvements in efficiency, product mix, and margins.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance visibility of key metrics for stakeholders.
• Support senior finance leadership with performance reviews, management reporting, and ad hoc analysis to inform decision-making.

Desirable Skills:

• Qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting & supply chain finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software & Excel.
