Goldhawk Associates is partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support the senior finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role plays a key part in shaping financial strategy and influencing commercial decision-making during a period of transformation.

The Opportunity:
This is an ideal interim opportunity for a qualified finance professional with strong business partnering experience. You'll work closely with department heads and the wider SLT to provide critical financial insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and help steer the organisation through upcoming planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insight-led budgeting and forecasting support
  
  
• Deliver meaningful financial reports and analysis, presenting to non-financial stakeholders
  
  
• Drive cost optimisation and strategic resource allocation across departments
  
  
• Maintain financial controls and ensure policy/regulatory compliance
  
  
• Collaborate with other business partners to align reporting and deliver a joined-up finance function
  
  

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience
  
  
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support complex decision-making
  
  
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and large data sets
  
  
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach
  
  
• Self-starter, commercially minded, and outcome-focused
