• Provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and organisational objectives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prepare budgets and forecasts.

• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.

Profile

As the successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A part-qualified accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• A keen understanding of the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
