Finance Business Partner for a Charity

We are seeking an exceptional Finance Business Partner to support our Not For Profit organisation's Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to provide financial insights that contribute to the company's strategic decisions.

Description

• Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Developing and maintaining robust financial systems and processes.
• Ensuring financial reports are accurate and timely.
• Partnering with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaising with auditors.
• Complying with all regulatory requirements.
• Participating in special projects as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner needs to be:

• A qualified Accountant or Qualified By Experience ( no longer studying) in CIMA, ACA or ACCA
• Charity Experience in Finance
• Excellent Business Partnering expeirence and skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• A high level of integrity and professionalism.
• UK Right to work

Job Offer

• Day rate of around £200 - £225 per day
